This episode is part 3 of a series looking at racism specifically in business, leadership, and in the workplace.
In this episode, Irene interviews L. Glenise Pike who is the founder and executive director of Where Change Started, a boutique antiracism education consultancy inspiring individual action and personal accountability in the fight for racial equality and social justice. She is a writer, photographer, public policy fellow, law school graduate, and antiracism expert.
Elle’s passions are rooted at the intersections of education, law & public policy, creativity, storytelling, and human connection. She channels those passions into the digital action guides, online courses, and in-person trainings she offers with the goal of being a resource to anyone with a desire to learn how to become antiracist and hopes to empower them with the antiracism tools needed to create the world we all believe in.
